Popcorns: It is a nutritious and very satisfying snack that comes with its own benefits for our body. It gives instant energy at the cost of consuming very less calories. It gets whipped up in a matter of minute and satisfies the taste and hunger both. You can try different flavors of popcorn for adding some variations to this snack like oregano, curry paprika, garlic parmesan, black pepper and caramelized etc.
Fresh Fruit Mix: You have all the freedom of mixing any fruit and nut of your choice and play with it every other day as per your mood 🙂
Crackers topped with Chocolate-Hazelnut and pieces of Banana: Apply small amount of chocolate hazelnut spread and top it up with some slices of banana. To make it look more attractive you can add some blue and red berries to it.
Watermelon with Pistachio Salad: Mix 2 cups of watermelon cubes with 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice and ½ teaspoon grated lemon/orange zest. Dash it up with a pinch of red chili powder and 2 teaspoons sliced unsalted lightly baked pistachios. It provides great nutty texture to your taste buds with the goodness of the fruit.
Tomato Slices with Cream Cheese: Slice the tomatoes thinly, top each slices with a dollop of cream cheese. Bagel with Ricotta, Cucumber and Radish: Spread ½ grilled whole-grain bagel with 2 tablespoons garden-fresh ricotta. Top it up with ⅓ cup sliced cucumbers and radish. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon honey on the top along with a hint of black pepper.
